WHAT IS AXE THROWING?

Similar to darts, Axe Throwing is a target sport, performed by attempting to hit the target from behind a specified foul line about 12 feet away. Competitors will be aiming for the bullseye by throwing with one or two hands; the closer you get to the middle of the target, the more points you earn! 

WHY SHOULD I TRY IT?

Axe Throwing is gaining popularity across the world as a recreational activity, and is no longer just reserved for lumberjacks or Vikings. If you are looking for something competitive, challenging, and fun, give it a try! If you would like to watch before you try it, our facility is easily visible from the food court area. Feel free to ask us for a free practice throw if we're not too busy during our open hours.

IS IT SAFE?

Under our supervision, and within our fully-enclosed caged throwing lanes, axe throwing intended to be a challenging but safe activity! It is important to listen carefully to all safety instructions, and ask questions before you begin. Additionally, do not engage in any behavior that could potentially endanger you or others during your time with us. And, in the unlikely event that there is an injury during your game, please report it to the staff immediately. 

HOW OLD SHOULD I BE?

Although Axe Throwing is considered "fun for all ages," this activity is intended for 8 years old and up. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver and remain present at all times for any children under 18.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

For your safety, closed-toed shoes are required. High heels are not recommended! Comfortable, casual clothes are preferred; make sure you have a range of motion available to you for throwing.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Just yourself and a great attitude! Throwing axes are provided for you inside the lanes. Outside axes or weapons are not permitted for use inside our facility.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

All participants must sign a waiver in order to play. For your safety and ours, please stay in your assigned lane. Be courteous to others during your time with us, and help us keep our equipment and site in good condition!
